Wild Foods

Take a Walk On The Wild Side!

Wild Foods are very potent, very powerful foods.  Only the strongest survive in nature.  When we eat wild foods we become strong like them.  You are what you eat.  Your body is constantly regenerating itself, always building new cells and getting rid of dead cells.  The raw materials, the foods we supply our bodies with, are the materials are new cells are constructed from.  

 

There have been incidences of children being left in the wild and growing up on their own or raised by animals.  These children are exceptionally strong.  Some have lived on leaves, flowers and grass almost exclusively. 

 

Some wild foods can be found very close to home, even growing right in your yard.  You can pick up a copy of a guide to wild edible plants from your local library or get one cheap on Amazon.com.
