The Magic Is In You
Raw Foods Are Not Magic..
You will notice that most people who eat a raw foods diet will have all sorts of miraculous sounding
side affects that they attribute to eating raw. For example their blood pressure normalizes, skin clears up and starts
to glow, vision improves, they feel more vibrant and alive, they sleep better, they have more energy, and the list goes
on. Many have even overcome serious and often terminal dis-eases like cancer. These are not magical side affects from eating
raw foods. The power is within yourself. Your attention to health is what creates the healing in your body.
When you say to yourself "I am seeking a way to feel better (or to heal whichever condition you may find yourself in)"
then your attention to feeling improvement paves the way for you to come into alignment with the improvement you are desiring.
So you first have the desire to be well, then you take action based on how you feel. By including foods that are "healthy",
and because you know that fruits and vegetables are considered "health" foods, you are now aligning yourself with
things that are healthy. You are taking action from a frequency of health and you are expecting that health will follow.
Just like when you plant an apple seed you expect an apple tree to grow. And it does.
Eating an orange keeps
you feeling light and energized. It is not a heavy or filling or greasy food. Eating a slice of pizza
feels heavier, fuller, and greasy. Pay attention to the way you feel when you eat different food because it will let
you know if you are moving in a direction that produces a good feeling outcome. For example if you feel full and sluggish
and feel like you want to lay down and nap after eating, then you know that is not the vibration of being light and energetic
and healthy you desire. Some people do well eating lots of raw nuts, others may not, and instead will feel heavy and
weighed down when they eat too many nuts. Each of us must find what works for us in each moment.
Some people try eating raw foods for a time and end up deciding it is not for them because they fear they are limiting
themselves or lacking nutrients. They are not focused on health; rather they are focused on cutting things out and what
they “shouldn’t” eat. To hold the intention of choosing to eat a bowl of grapes because they are healthy
and nutritious and delicious is a frequency that produces health as a resulting state of being. Choosing to eat a bowl of
grapes and worrying that it doesn’t contain all the nutrients that we have been programmed to believe we require in
order to be healthy is producing feeling of lack that sets your vibration to one of missing something, which in turn
creates fear and does not feel good. By your not feeling good you are moving away from heath and wellbeing and choosing
fear and lack to focus on. If you feel good about what you are doing, you will get good results. It is as simple
as that. No matter what diet or healing placebo you use. The person who gets diagnosed with cancer and dies only
does so because they are focusing on the problem- the cancer. The person who recovers from cancer does so because they
decide to focus on health and getting better. No exceptions. It does not matter if you choose to put yourself
through chemotherapy or if you believe yourself into a spontaneous healing. All that matters is that you decide for
yourself that you are ready to feel better.
