I have this cycle where I gain extra weight every summer because I hate heat and I am miserable.. then I lose it soon as the
weather cools off. I'm determined to break the cycle this time! Usually I will go very pure raw and do lots of fasting,
however this time I decided to try hCG after hearing so many great things about it.. best results ever so far out of everything
I have tried :)

today I am starting something NEW and EXCITING! Yay! It's called hCG. I have the first drops under my tongue right
now. This stuff is supposed to really work amazing. In short it "can
result in weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs per day, and often more, when accompanied by a low calorie diet of approximately 500
calories." I recently noticed that I do not enjoy rules. Ok so I knew that.. but anyway
they say the first 2 days on the drops is the "gorge period" aka Phase 1. I am supposed to eat a lot of fatty
foods for 2 days, as much as I can eat (without making myself sick), a half hour after taking the drops 3 times a day. Focus
on fats instead of sugars. I have been fasting for the past few days and eating only a few bites again recently.
I am so not into food right now. I want to just jump into the low calorie part (from mostly raw sources, and following
their recommendations best as I can) but according to the plan it says this part is important and don't skip it. Ok
so then gorging myself on fatty foods.. what if I eat an avocado with hemp seeds?? That feels like gorging because of
where i'm at right now! It says this gorging will help keep you from getting hungry during Phase 2 (Phase 2 is referred
to as the VLCD "Very Low Calorie Diet") when you do the 500 calorie diet. You can eat a little less, just
do not go over 500 calories each day (and don't eat too little or you will go into starvation mode and tend to not lose
as much as you could), also no eating less one day and making up for it the next- it doesn't work like that! The
goal of Phase 2 is to lose weight. It is important that you follow the rules to a tee or you will experience lower weight
loss results. Phase 3 is maintenance after resetting your new weight and you then eat a 1200-1500 calorie diet only
no starch and no sugar, for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks you increase to 2000 calories. Phase 4 the rest of your life and no more
drops. Resume eating whatever you like, in moderation. It is important to continue eating the 500 calorie diet
for 3 days after stopping the drops, or the drops still working their way out of your system will cause excess weight gain
from the calorie increase. What Is Apple Day?‘Apple Day’ is the technique suggested by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons to
break plateau during the maintenance phase. In this phase of the HCG weight loss program, it often happens that the dieter
notices a stall in the weight loss process. For 4-6 days, the weight neither increases nor decreases even if the dieter maintains
VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) and takes regular doses. Apple Day can effectively deal with such situation ensuring significant
weight reduction on the next day. The plateau can occur due to cheating as well. Sometimes it happens that the
dieter crosses 500 cal a day menu consciously or unconsciously as a result he observes a noticeable gain of weight or his
fat loss process just stops. In such situation, the hCG dose also doesn’t work. Some of the important points about the
Apple Day are mentioned below: - An Apple Day should be started as soon as you experience a plateau during
the diet.
- You should employ this diet technique from lunchtime that subsequently ends next day at the same
time.
- During these hours, six big apples are given to the HCG user.
- He is instructed to
take one apple whenever he feels too much cravings for food. However, he is allowed maximum six apples for the whole day.
- No
other food is permitted during the day. Apple contains enough fluid. Hence, the dieter doesn’t require to drink too
much water. However, if he still feels thirsty after six apples, he can take some plain water to quench thirst.
- Apple
Day also helps in colon cleansing.
The Apple Day is the ideal solution for plateau correction. Many dieters
have reported around 2 pounds weight loss on the next day of the Apple Day. The other option is
called a "streak day" instead of the apple day. 8am you take the 10 drops. 11am you eat a large apple,
the greener and less sweet the better. 1-1:30pm 10 drops, 4:30pm 10 drops, 5:30-6pm eat a6oz steak and 1 tomato.
Tips To
Avoid PlateauSeveral reasons can cause plateau. Some expert tips are given below to avoid such hindrances
during the Diet plan: - Increase your water or fluid intake to 2-3 quarts per day. Additional water or fluid
will help in proper digestion. Constipation also may be one reason of plateau.
- Avoid taking less than 500
calorie diet. The body may go to starvation mode and weight loss can be hindered.
- You can do some light workouts,
if you don’t feel tired or weak.
- You can increase your protein consumption by half an ounce. This can
help you in case your body is leading towards starvation mode.
- In case your bowel movement is irregular,
you are advised to take a fiber supplement everyday. The colon can hold 5 pounds of stool, which can contribute to weight
gain or weight stabilization.

12/27/10_______________ 10:00am- hCG 10 drops. Held under tongue for 5 minutes. Cannot eat or drink
a little while before and after (I imagine for better absorption) 10:30ish- A
few bites of avocado & hemp seeds in raw cucumber mint dressing. A while later I decided to
seek out higher fat foods that would also enable me to keep my "fasting feeling" of emptiness so
I made a shake with Raw Meal powder and So Delicious brand coconut milk, coconut creamer (thought it had lots of fat but
turns out it's 0 grams- sheesh!), cacao powder (ooh I should use the butter!! that has fat!!), ho
shou wu, maca, marine phytoplankton, super ionic minerals & zeolites. I also was guided to
get this strong really good green tea from WFM last night before I even got the drops, and something told me it would be
perfect to include this morning. It was I later read on a testimonial that you
lose more weight when you include green tea. Peeeerfect. ..it's 1:20 now
and I have managed to drink the tea and about a 1/4 of the big ol drink. It's 2 scoops powder with
2 cups liquid. I may be just "eating" this thing the rest of the day 4:00pm-
10 drops hCG. 4:30ish- Had a sip of the drink
and gave up on it. Later on I had a free sample of black coffee at Trader
Joes. Got home and had a 1/2 dropper of LDM-100 and went for a brisk walk but it was too cooooold

I feel like food is just not working for me right now. Today my energy was astounding
and as usual I have a ton of stuff going on so hopefully I can make time to keep up with the updates here! I
really want to track this adventure I noticed that taking the drops takes any appetite away
that you would normally feel, even fasting you feel certain stuff at times whether you have the actual real desire to actually
eat or not. Made it even harder to force food down today, even liquid foods. I'll
be glad when tomorrow is over and I get to barely eat!! I also noticed that my energy was so balanced and
amazing all day! The cleansing feelings are totally gone and I swear I can feel this stuff actually working
eating up stored fat. That's when the hunger switches off and you can feel yourself shrinking.
Normal fasting you feel the shrinking but it's gradual and usually you see results by the day- not in hours!!
This is interesting stuff. So my body is responding very well and my expectations are exceeded all

After eating last night my energy has been way off. I feel uncomfortable in my skin and I want out. I
have so much rage in me and the slightest thing brings it to stupid proportion. Again, looking forward to the not eating
part. Just get through today. It was also really strange feeling like the food never hit my stomach. Like it hung up a sign
that said CLOSED and nothing was getting in. I could feel the food from my neck down but never actually in my stomach. Very
very weird. Glad I waited to eat so late, I slept off that part. My energy is low today but the green tea brought me up
a little. My body feels and looks amazing, even though I have this extra weight, it's amazing how much change I have
seen from the fasting right before this to now. Sure i'd love to ditch some extra pounds, but more then anything I want
to train myself to eat a calorie restricted diet long term and partially just a liquid diet, with lots of fasting. The weight
loss is fun but it's secondary. If I could POOF into a brethatarian today I would, however I am going to have to forge
my own journey towards my goal. The energy I get from not eating, the power, the insights- that is what i'm choosing
with this decision. Today I am going to stick to high fat, high protein, next to zero sugar & all raw. I am going for
concentrated sources so I don't have to feel the food feeling. I will eat slooooow. I am setting
my goal to lose 5 pounds a day, They say you can lose 3 or more so I figure if I set my goal high I will achieve better then

Despite my high fat meals since last night I have lost noticeable weight and this may

Best salad EVER. before bed- hCG 10 drops My
plan so far- Breakfast will be focused on keeping empty. Lunch will be my largest meal
with emphasis on getting as much raw protein, nutrients & minerals as possible. Dinner will be fruit,
keeping it light and cleansing. I can have zero calorie herbal and/or medicinal tea anytime, must remember
to drink a liter of water a day. I wish I had access to a scale like I used
to at the gym. I have no clue what I weigh now, before, after etc. I am taking a pic
each day in the same shirt (skin tight) so I can track results that way. The weight isn't the main
point but it's still fun to know! Especially after just for the heck of it trying on a pair of jeans
I haven't fit in for a loooong time and now they are actually falling off me!! My mom decided

I am trying to reset my schedule back to staying up later,
being up all morning is not working because I miss the people I love! I drank the tea last night before my usual bedtime
as of late and at first it didn't work. I started working out and got my energy up and helped make the tea work, but
then it worked too good! I was up till after 4am! Working out felt soooo good! I did stretching, resistance bands,
push-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts, and free weights. It says not to exercise or to take it very easy on this plan so I did what
felt comfortable and didn't challenge myself. I also cleaned some serious house yesterday and packed up some breakables
to get ready for the move that is coming (still not sure exactly when, hoping it's soon). 10:45

with 1 tsp xylitol = 10 calories 3:10 pm- Green Tea with 1 tbsb coconut

I think I could live off this broccoli for a while it's so good! Still crunchy but soft!

I'm pretty sure I took 2nd dose of drops around 5pm. 7pm- 2 shots of vodka from Romania! My BFF brought it back from her trip- good stuff!
I finished it off after almost a year (not much of a drinker as you can tell) and had to mix the shots with my
own crystal skull tinctured vodka. I make lots of various tinctured herbs etc.

night I joined sparkpeople.com again. It's really helping me with my other goals and exercise plus
it's really making counting calories much easier too, the amounts are all there and with the click of a dropdown menu
it's added. It totals so you can see exactly each meal. It made me do a little fitness assessment
test too, how many push-ups & sit-ups I can do in one minute. My arms are feelin it today, it's
awesome! So I planned out my fitness and today is a cardio day. DDR w00t!
I have to burn 225 calories today. Wow almost half what i'm eating! Boy i'm

I ate 2 tilapia on a bed of rocket & shredded cabbage, sliced onion, with lemon juice, rooster
sauce, mustard.. the new usual! I forget what time. I also can't remember if I had
another oolong tea or not.. 300 calories without the tea.. if I had it, then add 20. Black
nutcracker tea 0 calories. Before bed- hCG 10 drops I
LOST 20 POUNDS SINCE I LAST WEIGHED MYSELF A MONTH AGO!!!!!! And here's the kicker.. I only changed
my diet for a week- so this is totally incredible..!!!!!! OMG woohoo!!! It feels so good,
I have so much more energy! I just wish I could get an exact reading the day I started the hCG.. I didn't change anything
until I fasted the couple days before starting. And when fasting my body clings to weight more but I lose up to a pound
a day. If nothing else changed I may have gained a little before starting like I have been doing or I stayed about the
same. These results are nothing short of miraculous!! A good friend of mine is ready to jump on the hCG train now after seeing

my foods were pretty much the same. I had a yellowtail and also a custom iced soy green tea latte from starbucks.
Total calories today 543. I over estimate anyway so i'm still around 500 calories
or less, plus i'm burning almost half off anyway LOL Today is a cardio day and I burned 232
calories on DDR. I do weights one day and cardio the next, no days off now.
01/05/11_______________ hCG x 3 Weights today. Ate
547 calories. I shoulda had tsp less dressing and no half a v8 juice.. 01/07/11_______________ I lost my long post!!! Ok to sum it up.. I don't really need to count
calories anymore because I have a routine and I keep it simple. I change some stuff up, like the salad dressing, a few
toppings, teas n coffees and the meat. I still want to keep logging anyway just cus i want to be able to look back on
it! I have also been doing my exercises faithfully and even exceeding the cardio at times. I am very satisfied and I think
I want to keep my eating this way from now on! I love the food, I love the results, i'm happy!!

I am pretty much where I want to be. I could stand to lose a bit more
but i'm already pretty comfortable and happy. I am getting ready to end round one of the drops very soon. Then I do
3 weeks where i can't do starch or sugars and I can eat whatever. I want to head in the opposite direction of sweet
anyway though. After a 6 week break I can do another round of drops again if I desire. I am going where this flow leads
me and may or may not end up doing one more round. Not even totally sure what the deciding factors will be on that exactly.
I like the idea of doing one more round, but I might not really need to. I'm thinking maybe once a year using it as
a cleanse type thing. Here is my current pic:
I want to highly recommend this video series and also if you want to know where i'm at in relation
to food these days, this is it! This is so far the best info I have come across ever. I resonate
strongly and am curious to see how it unfolds & where it leads me, since I can no longer look at food the same again.
