The Importance of Your Belief System.. Our thoughts create our reality.
So therefore if you feel eating raw is not for you, it isn't. If you feel you will have problems unless you consume
b12 daily, you will. You will draw that experience to you by the belief you hold. There are people who eat very
little and thrive. There are people who complete 40 day water fasts (drinking only water for 40 days, no food, no juice
etc) and thrive. There are people who eat fruitarian and thrive. There are people who take no supplements and
thrive. It all comes down to what you believe is possible or right for you in this moment. Your thoughts lead
to your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits determine your character, and your character
becomes your destiny. Your thoughts ARE your destiny. How do you choose yours to be? Do you think empowering
and positive thoughts or do you focus your attention on what is not good and on what can go wrong each moment?
There is a consciousness created by nourishing your body/mind/soul on hamburgers and candy. There is another consciousness
created by nourishing your self on fresh ripe food from nature. Neither is good or bad, just different.
How you feel is determining the outcome of where you are headed. If you feel good after eating a salad then you know
you are on a good path that leads to good things. If you feel fear and lack at the thought of eating a salad, it is
not going to do you good.
